A deep curiosity for what lies beneath our habitual ways of seeing ourselves and the world has opened me to the vast possibilities of feeling at home—in myself, in relationship with others, and in connection to the greater whole.
I have been immersed in the path of Yoga for over 14 years, completing my first teacher's training in 2015. My love for the practice took me on so many journeys, from living in an ashram in South India, immersed in Yogic studies, to exploring Buddhist meditation in the Himalayas. I am continuously humbled and grateful for the ways in which the practice—and the teachers I’ve encountered along the way—have shaped and guided me.
I offer gentle and grounded guidance for women longing to reconnect to their inherent wholeness. My heartfelt intention is to hold space that invites gentleness, sensitivity, embodiment, a remembering of our interconnectedness with all life and the more-than-human world and a return to the wisdom of the feminine ways.
My teaching is deeply informed by somatic work, the philosophy of phenomenology, the wisdom of deep ecology and animism, and the non-dual lineage of Śrī Vidyā—a life-affirming path rooted in direct experience that honours the Goddess in all her forms.
Both my Greek & Dominican heritage and upbringing graced me with a deep devotion to the land: its stories, landscapes, traditions and endless invitations towards embodiment and kinship. I offer my work with a deep knowing that returning to the body is ultimately a returning home, to the earth.
Drawn to the meeting ground between Eastern spirituality and Western psychology, I am currently studying Psychology and undergoing a 4-year training in Experiential Psychotherapy, a body-centered approach which seeks to unravel the body’s implicit intelligence and its capacity to reveal meaning from within.
