Welcome dear one,
i am marisel

A deep curiosity about what lies beneath our habitual ways of seeing ourselves and the world has opened me to the possibility of feeling at home—in myself, in relationship with others, and as part of the greater whole.

I have been devoted to the path of Yoga for over fourteen years, completing my first teacher training in 2015. My love for the practice has taken me on many journeys—from living in an ashram in South India immersed in yogic studies, to exploring Buddhist meditation in the Himalayas. I remain deeply grateful for the ways this path, and the teachers I've met along it, continue to shape me.

Drawn to the meeting place between Eastern spirituality and Western psychology, I am currently studying Psychology while training in Experiential Psychotherapy, a body-centered approach that trusts the body's implicit intelligence and its capacity to reveal meaning from within.

I offer gentle, grounded guidance for women longing to reconnect with their inherent wholeness. My intention is to hold a space that invites sensitivity, embodiment, and a remembering of our interconnectedness with all life, the more-than-human world, and the wisdom of the feminine.

My approach is rooted in somatic work, the philosophy of phenomenology, the wisdom of deep ecology and animism, and the non-dual lineage of Sri Vidya—a life-affirming path rooted in direct experience that honours the Goddess in all her forms.

My Greek and Dominican heritage has nurtured in me a deep devotion to the land—its stories, landscapes, traditions, and endless invitations into embodiment and kinship. I offer this work with a deep trust that returning to the body is ultimately a returning home, to the Earth.
