A deep curiosity for what lies beneath our habitual ways of seeing ourselves and the world has opened me to the vast possibilities of feeling at home—in myself, in relationship with others, and in connection to the greater whole.

I have been immersed in the traditional path of Hatha Yoga for over 14 years, completing my first teacher training in 2015. My love for the practice has taken me from living in an ashram in South India, immersed in Yogic studies, to exploring Buddhist meditation in the Himalayas. I am continuously humbled and grateful for the ways in which the practice—and the teachers I’ve encountered along the way—have shaped and guided me. I honour the wisdom and influence of my teachers: Collette Davis, Alexandra McDonald, Libby Rose Waite, Linda Nenne, Abbie Galvin, and Rich Logan.

I offer gentle, grounded support to students as they learn to relate to the body as the seat of awareness and organic intelligence. My heartfelt intention is to hold space that invites compassion, sensitivity, embodiment, and a remembering of our interconnectedness with all life and the more-than-human world.

My teaching is deeply informed by the somatic principles of Body-Mind Centering®, the philosophy of phenomenology, the wisdom of deep ecology and animism, and the non-dual lineage of Kashmir Shaivism—a path rooted in direct experience that honours all parts of self as sacred.

Drawn to the meeting ground between Eastern spirituality and Western psychology, I am currently studying Psychology and undergoing a 4-year training in Experiential Psychotherapy, a body-centered approach based on the work of Eugene Gendlin which seeks to unravel the body’s implicit intelligence and its capacity to reveal meaning from within.

I see this path not as separate from my practice, but as a natural extension of it—a continuation of the same inquiry into what it means to be in relationship with life.
