Somatic Alchemy Sessions
In these 1:1 sessions I accompany you as we tend to your heart, process and integrate your lived experience, and orient towards healing and self-enquiry. Using an array of somatic tools and therapeutic guidance we create a safe, intuitive and heart-led container to awaken the organic intelligence within and open the pathways of your life towards growth, resilience and individuation.
Session are 75' and can either be Online or if you live in Patras in one of the studios I collaborate with.
