A journey into the sacredness of soma and the organic wisdom of embodiment.

Over three months, this online journey unfolds as a tapestry of meditation, somatic exploration, and self-care, guiding us through the many layers of being to immerse in direct-experience and the somatic unconscious.

Through weekly gatherings and personalized support, we rekindle intimacy with ourselves, awakening to the aliveness that pulses within and around us.

A gentle descent into the sacred landscape of the body—where movement, sensitivity, and self-enquiry weave a remembering.

A tender reclamation of our inner rhythm, an exploration of softness.

Through guided practices and ritual, we become fluent in the way that life speaks through our bodies.

The Journey

For 3 months we meet as a small group once per week online to explore different somatic practices infused with the wisdom of the monthly theme.

Additionally every week you receive further guidance and exercises in the form of recorded practices, resources and reflection prompts

Personalized guidance for your own journey

1:1 ongoing support for the whole duration of the program

I. The thinking self

What we explore each month

Meditation and body-based mindfulness

The first step into changing our relationship to our body, is to notice the deeply ingrained beliefs and stories we have about ourselves. In this first month we deepen into meditation practices to begin a shedding of the layers of conditioning that keep us separated from the beauty within.

II. The feeling self

Embodiment Practices

We begin to explore the meaning of embodiment and work with powerful somatic practices drawing from the disciplines of body-mind centering, non-linear movement, authentic movement and more. Cultivating our capacity for sensitivity, sensuality and self-enquiry. In this month we learn how to become intimate with life by listening to the deeply intuitive wisdom of the feeling body.

III. The loving self

Embodied Self-Compassion

For our last month we explore the topics of sensuality, nourishment, creativity and deep rest in order to cultivate self-love and challenge patriarchal, orthodox and capitalist oriented narratives of somatic oppresion.

TESTIMONIALS

The mentorship with Marisel has been more than I could have imagined and hoped for. The tools and wisdom she has provided me with are invaluable and I will take them with me through my journey of life and self discovery. I cannot thank her enough for providing a space that allowed me to be. To be without pressure or rules and it let me unfold and find more contentment.

May we learn to return
And rest in the beauty
Of animal being,
Learn to lean low,
Leave our locked minds,
And with freed senses
Feel the earth
Breathing with us.
