a guided journey on embodied self-healing

A 6-week online course devoted to learning how to hold ourselves through deep listening, embodiment, and
self- compassion.

March - April 2026

In an intimate group we’ll explore a gentle weaving of somatic, meditative, and psychotherapeutic practices that support deeper self-awareness and inner connection. 

This course will offer a safe and nurturing container in which we can explore, process, and integrate our lived experience. Here, we bring compassionate attention to the parts of us that are often unseen, unheard, or unmet—allowing them to be gently held, tended, and resourced.

Each session will be an invitation into embodied presence, deep listening and the gentle art of being with what is. Guided by practices and teachings that open the way to a more conscious, connected, and open-hearted living.

What do we do

This offering is a container of self-tending and of caring for our gentle hearts.

​In each session we explore a weaving of  practices meant to resource us and teach us how to gracefully hold our lived experience.

Each gathering will explore a different pathway according to what is alive in the group.
